John McReynolds - Chief Executive Officer

John McReynolds, CEO, joined the NVH team in August, 2017 in the COO role. John’s wife was excited to return to her hometown of Tonasket, and John was excited to raise his two children in this community. In August of 2020, John was appointed the CEO.

He has completed an MBA of Healthcare Management from Western Governor's University, a BS from Chapman University in Business Administration, and views himself as a life long learner. He maintains active licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Pharmacy Assistant.

John currently serves as the North Valley Community Association Vice-President and enjoys spending this time outdoors hiking, fishing, and hunting.

Marcia Naillon - Chief Nursing Officer

Marcia Naillon, CNO, has been with the District since September of 1987 starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. While working as a Nursing Assistant she attended Wenatchee Valley College North, our Local Community College and obtained her Associates Nursing Degree in June of 1995. She has worked in many capacities within our District which include Emergency Department manager, Emergency Preparedness, Pharmacy Nurse, Utilization Review and Discharge Planning. In addition to those responsibilities she was integral to the creation and certification of our In-Patient Swing Bed program when attaining the Critical Access Hospital designation here at NVH.

From 2002 through 2010 she worked as the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) over Nursing, Rehab Department, Radiology, the Tonasket and Oroville Clinics, as well as Central Supply. During her time as the COO she participated in the process in the achievement of a public bond and the project of planning, designing, and constructing the new addition that currently houses patient care areas Acute Care In-Patient, Observation, and Swing Bed patients, Pharmacy, Respiratory, and the Emergency Department. In 2010, She took on the responsibility of Infection Prevention, Employee Health, and Education coordinating classes for required certifications and Skills labs.

Marcia is the Program Instructor/Director for the North Valley Extended Care Nursing Assistant Class and taught an outreach Vocational High Nursing Assistant Class. Marcia is published in the Seattle Business 2018 leaders in Health Care magazine as the recipient of the achievement in community outreach gold award for her work with the NVH Nursing Assistant program. She is currently the NVH certified BLS Provider/instructor and carries the role of faculty with Cascade Training Center training other employees to be BLS instructors.

Teresa Webber - Executive assistant

Teresa Webber, Executive Assistant, joined OCPHD#4 in 2012. She worked in the billing and accounting departments prior to her current position. Teresa and her husband raised their family in Tonasket and enjoy camping and other outdoor activities.
